Pastors Awareness Seminar
On September 19th, Ending Well Ministry hosted a meaningful Pastor Awareness Training Seminar, bringing together more than 100 pastors, clergy, and ministry leaders for a time of learning, reflection, and fellowship. The seminar focused on helping participants understand what it truly means to “End Well” to approach the later seasons of ministry and life with purpose, wisdom, dignity, and faith. Through teaching, discussion, and shared experiences, attendees were encouraged to reflect not only on how we begin our calling, but how we faithfully finish it. With more than 100 people in attendance, the seminar demonstrated a growing interest in creating a culture where conversations about life, ministry, aging, suffering, and death can be approached with faith, compassion, wisdom, and hope.
